A Step Up Academy

 Intentionally Different Autistic Support

At A Step Up Academy, our programming is guided by the principle of providing intentionally different support for the autistic community. We achieve this through individualized and integrative education, behavior, and clinical support.

Our compassion-focused approach to applied behavioral analysis is trauma-informed and evidence-based. These services are provided by a team of highly trained educators and clinicians that strive for continuous improvement through assessment and cross-training.

Through these methods, we build skillsets for students based on their strengths and interests, resulting in growth of self-actualization and self-advocacy.

The students we serve:

  • are autistic

  • are intellectually disabled

  • experience speech & language difficulties

  • require behavioral support at various ranges of need
