Igniting Change
Regional Roundtable on Post-21 Challenges and Opportunities
Hosted by Arcadia University and ASUA (A Step Up Academy), this inaugural roundtable is designed to bring together a network of stakeholders to promote and advance opportunities in housing, employment, meaningful daily living, and community inclusion for adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism.

The Igniting Change: Regional Roundtable on Post-21 Challenges and Opportunities will broadly focus on identifying challenges and barriers facing individuals and families navigating adult resources and services, as well as for the agencies and organizations striving to support them.

Insights and experiences are vital to this conversation - the goal is to use this discussion as the foundation upon which to build a regional coalition. This network of individuals, organizations and advocates working collaboratively to ignite change in services, legislation, resources, and opportunities for the Post-21 community.
The term Post-21 refers to the stage when school-based programming and support ends and adult services begin. This transition often presents significant challenges for families and providers as they navigate new systems of care, service coordination, and access to meaningful opportunities.
We hope you will be a part of this important conversation to help shape a more inclusive future.
