ASUA’s Administration and Operations team provides the essential services that support every location and program across the organization. This multidisciplinary group includes the Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, Technology, Communications, School Services, and Operations Teams.
Grounded in compassion and accessibility, this group designs and manages the operational frameworks that enable educators, clinicians, and staff to focus on delivering high-quality student programming. They steward critical processes, maintain safe and welcoming environments, uphold regulatory and fiscal responsibilities, and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational capacity.
It is through their work that ASUA remains a stable, responsive, and mission-driven organization where students, families, and staff can thrive.

I am eager to leverage my background in art and education to promote support and inclusivity for all.In my free time, I can be found with my two boys wandering the woods and beach, working out, planning the next trip, or perfecting my culinary skills.

On the side I have been running many community and personal projects such as running student art markets at Arcadia, media management for a small painting studio, starting a small art business with my friend, and managing events for the Tiny Art Machine project.

Aaron has also taught percussion to gifted students of all abilities which reinforced the importance of individualized learning, creativity, and supportive educational environments.

I also love kayaking, hiking, camping, sewing, and making art.

The Annex
The Annex Separate Learning Center provides a specialized lower school environment designed to meet the needs of young learners who benefit from highly individualized instruction, therapeutic support, and a structured, nurturing setting. Guided by ASUA’s methodology, the Annex team delivers cohesive, student-centered programming that supports foundational academic skills, communication, regulation, and social-emotional development.
The Annex faculty and staff work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure each learner receives targeted, responsive supports that honor their strengths and developmental needs. Through consistent, compassionate teaching and close coordination with ASUA’s broader educational and clinical teams, the Annex creates a stable pathway for growth, engagement, and early success.
