At A Step Up Academy (ASUA), the Human Resources department is committed to providing comprehensive support to employees throughout every stage of their employment journey.
Our goal is to create a workplace environment where staff feel supported, informed, and empowered so they can focus on the important work they do each day for our students. From onboarding and benefits support to leave administration, workers’ compensation guidance, employee relations, and professional development initiatives, HR serves as a resource designed to help employees navigate both routine and complex workplace matters with confidence.
In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, the HR team is continuously working to strengthen organizational systems, communication, and employee experience across all ASUA locations. Whether assisting with accommodations, answering policy questions, supporting wellness and compliance initiatives, or helping managers foster positive team environments, our focus remains centered on collaboration, fairness, and consistency.
